Matt Liebers is experienced in molecular diagnostics, gene-editing and next-generation sequencing, having aided in the development of several MDx platforms at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He is co-author on publications covering oncology, genomics, gene-editing and evolutionary biology in Nature Medicine, Nature Biotechnology, and other leading journals. He also has experience in healthcare consulting, specializing in medical technology, life sciences and digital health. Matt is passionate about personalized medicine and was graduated from Cornell University with degrees in Biology and Applied Economics.
Ved V. Topkar consults with Beacon Genomics on technology and web development. As an undergraduate, he worked in the lab of Professor J. Keith Joung and helped implement the computational pipelines underlying certain assays including GUIDE-Seq. Ved received an A.B. in Chemical & Physical Biology from Harvard College and is currently an MD/PhD student at Stanford Medical School.
Theresa Tribble leads business development and operations for Beacon. She brings 15 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences strategy, commercialization, marketing and operations. She was part of the founding team at SynapDx where she held the role of Vice President of Commercial Strategy. She started her career at Putnam Associates, a life sciences strategy consulting firm. She was selected as a Harvard Blavatnik Fellow in Life Science Entrepreneurship and earned an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School. Theresa completed her undergraduate degree at Wellesley College.
